Hole in eardrum

Asked for Male, 22 Years

About 3 years back, due to some reasons my eardrum got a hole.From that day to now I feel like like some air stuck in my ear and if I use earphones I feel a small pain in my ear and when my ear contacts a strong wind then my ear feel pain and when I have flue I feel headache. what should I do? .
