My father aged 68 yrs is having hoarse voice for nearly 6-7 months,he don't have throat pain or chest pain no difficulty in swallowing,he is not a smoker or alcoholic has dry cough on and off for many years.he is having cervical spondylitis since a year.is hoarseness due to spondylitis or might be due to cancer ...please help
