I not able to speak comfortably...from 2 weeks. please suggest any medicine. My throat is not paining but i am not able to speak...i lost my voice paryially.

The hoarseness of voice is primarily due to two reasons 1.vocal nodules 2.vocal cord paralysis..But if it's like less than 3 months old,it is fully curable through Speech therapy. You are most welcome to consult online at my cell no.which may be available through practo .Regards
