Hives on neck back and shoulders chest

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I've had chronic hives going on 2 years no one will help me I think its because of my thyroid they are itchy and burn and I took steroid creams that got rid of them for a minute around this time last year but I see a different doctor and they wonr give me anything maybe its something else causing it
