Hives in a toddler

Asked for Female, 2 Years

My daughter had urticaria when she was 1.5 yrs old. Today she developed hives again. She was asked to sit in potassium permanganate warm water solution for her constipation issue. I may have added more of the chemical i an not sure. But after two days of using that chemical, she has developed hives. Pls help and let me know what could the reason be. She didn't eat anything that would trigger this allergy.
