Hive like rash

Asked for Female, 25 Years

For the past few days I've experienced a persistent itch. Starting on my legs and now hands and arms. When I scratch the area it becomes inflamed with little red bumps. Hydrocortisone does not seem to be helping. The bumps appear once I scratch the area. I have not eaten anything different or taken anything strange besides my acid reflux medication. Please advise. Thanks!
