HIV,urine infection

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I had unprotected oral sex before an year ago,then I get infected with herpes ,chlymidiya and taken the medication for that with consultation with doctors. I made 4 to 5 times HIV Elisa test which comes negative with in a year. Then after one year I made western blot test which turns out to be negative,but my point is am I infected with HIV ,should I go for HIV viral load test. But urine culture shows bacterias which hampers the sexual ability,
