Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi, My father recently got admitted in hospital due to pneumonia and abnormal ECG while getting treated in hospital he undergone HIV test as well and doctors telling its positive and none of the doctors in hospital responding properly about treatment and nobody ready to give Cousiling and I am totally lost as what to do next pls help
