HIV Treatment. Same time after dinner?

On Sunday night , my condom broke while having sex with a commercial sex worker . Which was noticed and removed within seconds ( min 3 to Max 10 sec ) the condom was removed . The next day onwards started my post exposure prophylaxis treatment . The doctor had asked me to take these 3 tabs after 2 hrs from dinner Efavir 600 mg  1 time Lamuvid 150mg 2 tabs one time Tentide 300 mg 1 tab All at once 2 hrs later after having dinner. Started with these tabs with 24 hours from possible contractions of HIV . Will smoking cigarettes / alcohol affect the treatment . And the tabs I take after dinner exactly 2 hrs later but the time I take dinner differs everyday by couple of mins will this affect the treatment . Should I take take tabs everyday on same time after dinner ? Will this treatment work . If I follow this treatment , will I be free or HIV .
