Firstly young man...it's a question of hygeine more than anything else.
Why would someone infected with HIV share their soap 🧼🫧 and why would someone else use the same said soap to wash their genitalia?
Seems a bit far fetched to me.
Chat GPT & GooGle or any other search engine will NOT be able to factor or assimilate this human element and notion.
Hence, I wouldn't recommend going by what Chat GPT et al says as Gospel Truth.
Having said that, it does not mean your doctor cannot be wrong either or be the most knowledgeable egg in the room.
