HIV transmission between two dry wounds
I work and stay in an HIV ravaged country (south Africa) with the highest prevalence rate in the world. As I was wrestling with my neighbor's son, I noticed he had a small, dry, open wound (i could see white fresh) but there was NO VISIBLE BLOOD yet a pin had poked my finger 45 minutes prior. I am sure my poked finger touched his wound. I am dead worried, might I have contracted HIV? This dude lives a a reckless lifestyle.

Had he been HIV positive he wouldn't be able to wrestle. Even if we assume that he is HIV positive, chances of virus transmission are negligible by such means. The most common way of HIV virus transmission is by blood donation, having sex with infected partner or sharing intravenous syringes with infected people. To be sure, get your checked and go for post exposure prophylaxis after proper checkup.
Next Steps
Try to convince your neighbour's son for HIV testing.
