HIV symptms starts 2 days afr infection?

Asked for Male, 24 Years

HIV symptoms starts within two days? I have knee pain /severe back pain in 3 places/ other joint pain also Nw today complete 40 days after infection still havng knee pain and muscle pain and severe back pain tired Ness also I took qPCR DNA test 21st day and 38 day aftr infection(Both are negative) I need ans sudden reaction of HIV infection is possible? Any other infection are there?
