Hiv rna pcr test reliability

Question

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Sir , I have sex with condom and sure that condom has not tear after sex at the same time I have oral sex at the same time . I have hiv anti body test after 22 days it came negative. hiv RNA pcr test done after 26 days it also shown (hiv RNA not detected or below the detection limit). How reliable these results are sir please let me know?
