Rapid test looks for HIV. Antibodies in blood  or oral fluid specimens. Rapid self test is done at home , gives results in few minutes. HOW IT WORKS when someone becomes infected with HIV their body produces specific antibodies . An HIV  antibody test looks for these antibodies in blood , oral fluid or urine. If antibodies are found , it means body is reacting to HIV infection and that you are HIV POSITIVE. These tests are accurate 3 months after exposure.
