Hiv query details. In intial stage only.

Hi Sir I had unprotected sexual contact 14 years back .after exposure i feel some symptoms 2-3 times motion in day ,fatigue and need to take support of water while eating something then i did teat in pathology 3 years of exposure and that was negative,also i had shingle when after exposure of 3 years . Then after i did the test again after exposure of 11years that was also negative.now i have did hiv 1and hiv 2 test and Western blot ,Pcr DNAtest in lab , and rapid antibody test on ICTC centre all test resu lt are negtive but fr last 3 months getting symptoms of dry moth .white cotes tongue .skin ithichng and burning back side and front side of upper abodmain and sever back pain and getting very depresses.can you please advise which test is best now to confirm the Hiv status because somebody suggested that di the Rna pcr and i read some where this test is useful in intial stage only.plz advise me what is best test to identify the status.Also if Hiv diagnosesd now can we treat it
