I got a small cut from scissor and razor while getting haircut . These instruments were not sterilized beforehand.
Do I need to take any hiv test ?
If yes which and when ?

First take Inj. TT
Do HIV ELISA TEST. If HIV positive kindly consult.
Or you can take post-exposure prophylaxis for 28 days
And Do Hepatitis Antibody test. If antibodies less than 10 then take booster dose of vaccine

No need to test, If razor one is the new one.
If the instruments are not sterilized properly then go for ELISA test for HIV and also think of Hepatitis B. Do ELISA test with in a week.
Next Steps
If comes positive then you have to start antiretroviral with immunoglobulin .
