Hiv Concern - I Have Had Sex With My Gf Only I Never Had Sex

I have had sex with my gf only i never had sex with any other girl ever. And her reports are p24 and hiv 1/2 are negative. We are together more than 2 years. Is it possible i get hiv? I have doubt as my shoulder muscles are hurting more than 1 year.
