Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hi, I had a sexual encounter with girl in night club in Taiwan on 2nd Nov. I believe it was a protected encounter but I am not very sure as I was really drunk that night. This is the only sexual encounter I ever had with any one other than my wife in my whole life. I had RNA PCR test done on 8th day and it was negative. Then on 18th day I had combo ( antibody and antigen) test and the results for this were also negative. Can I now safely assume that I am not infected. Please help.
