Hip pain radiating till back of ankle
Age 24, female. I've been experiencing hip pain on the right pelvis and hip joint. This pain worsens when I sit or try to move while sleeping but feels fine when I'm standing. Sometimes the pain radiates from hip to back of my leg near the ankle. I had a lumbar back strain 3 months back. It was diagnosed but the doctor didn't check for any MRI. I am scared that this is happening because of that. I am taking heat therapy by apply heat pad every night but nothing seems to make it better. I am taking rest as well whenever possible. Please advice is this serious

The pain resembles sciatica. It might be a disc bulge which can be addressed only after you take an MRI. If the pain is not settling for long better go for an MRI LS spine.
