Hip Pain and sole feel like numb

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Dear Sir/Ma'am- After walking just 100/200 mtrs. I am facing server pain in my hip (lower side just below bone) and my sole feels like numb. This is alternate to either left or right side at one time.
