Hi sir Backpain nd side pain last 45days.xray shows lat hipbone gap.dr said go surgery for early is easy otherwise critical.is this cure for physiotherapy or surgery.i ecpect opinion from ortho dr.and physiotherapy dr also.i am in critical situation becaus my marriage fixed next month.pls give a opinion
