I have hip and leg pain for the last 1 week. There is throbbing in right thigh sometimes. My legs feel very weak, and I am finding it difficult to sleep at night. Attached is my x-ray slide. Please advise what should I do.

Hi The x-ray picture is not very clear. Moreover, you are having throbbing pain in thigh so it's better to get xray of the thigh. I would advise you to visit nearby orthopaedic doctor to get examined in person. Till then you can take over the counter analgesics like Dolo 650 or Flexon.
