Hip and leg got rashes

Respected sir this is a pic of my small brothers who is 3 years old only while playing on a grass some small insect bite him. On a leg and it became litle patches and pufy litle swelling on his leg but all swelling has been gone and his bump also got itching some time . Also it a some rashes I'm sharing u a pic plz check. And prescribe it some best good cream
