Hello sir, Hypothyroidism Dm High HsCRP At an age of 34 is quite a wholesome you have with you. Definitely it's autoimmune and these diseases must be present in your family tree too If you are taking thyronorm 100  regularly for last one month at least empty stomach first thing in the morning, then you need to increase your dose to 125 and repeat your TSH levels again after one month Hba1c of 7.2 is fair control as per your age You should target your Hba1c at 6.5 max to 7.0 More you tighten your sugars now, better you ll have the benefits later on in your life Need your bsl - fasting, PP , lipid P , USG abdomen and pelvis to access the situation and outline your treatment. Hypothyroidism as tsh is high. Hscrp just indicate you have high risk of cardiac disease. There can be other factors also. You can take consultation so that I can talk to you and guide you better.
