Buy unripened papaya wash it and clean it properly
Chop up in small pieces and boil in 200 ml water reduce it upto half and drink on empty stomach 50ml twice in a day
It’s very useful in night uric acid and sr creat level

Don worry all will be normal with in few months but you have to do these things.
:- boil some curry leaves in one lt water for 15 min on low flame and drink that water two times in a day.
:- do massage of joints or where you feel pain wit mahanarayn oil ( two times in a day)
Along wit your thyroid medicine start this ayurvedic medicine-
:- yograj guggul 1 tablet BD ( after breakfast and dinner)
:- mahayograj guggul 1tablet BD ( after breakfast and dinner)
Take both medicine for two months.
Do not eat :- rice,maize roti,curd ,lemon
AND reduce your weight .if you will not reduce tour weight then your there always problem of thyroid and uric acid.for reduce weight:-
Go to jim and do treadmill for 25 min .you will reduce 1kg weight in 1 wk
2nd if you are very lazy person then join dance classes for one hr. For 3 , 4 months.when your weight comes down you all problem will be go away automatically.
