Serum IgE levels needs to be correlated with clinical symptoms to call it as allergy. You may be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
