High testesterome level

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hello doctor. My treatment for laser hair removal for face is going on from one year. The result is good though. 1 year ago when i was asked to get my hormones testes done the report for serum testesterone was 77.62. And few days back my doctor asked me to get it done again and report says its 90.93 ngm/dl. I am a female and 22 years old.
