High SGPT & SGOT levels
I am 27 year old male weighing 80 kg (5'7''). My SGPT & SGOT levels are 270 & 97. TLC count is 13000. Everything else in haematology & lft is normal. My father is telling me that since my Hb level is 16.6 and I do not consume alcohol, the only possible problem could be fatty lever. I do not have any health problem as of now. I have decided to control my diet and exercise daily. I want to know if there could be something serious happening to my lever which has not shown it's symptoms yet.

Your Hb will be elevated even if you smoke. By consuming fatty food and by having a sedentary lifestyle can cause fatty liver as well. Repeat the tests after exercising regularly and controlling your diet in 2 months. If it remains elevated then you should meet a gastroenterologist.
