High SGOT/SGPT Value,
My mother is about 51 Years age , Present Complications: Hypertension since few years, Difficulty in digestion, acidity, need to take regular antacids ( aciloc 300/pantop etc) During a routine health check reveals SGPT: 160, SGOT: 104 , Bilirubin Total:0.7, How fatal the condition is as per blood reports ? Could you kindly guide if it's a symptoms of any irreversible liver damage or not !  Report screenshot attached . Patient is non diabetic

Need further evaluation. This SGOT & SGPT without any symptoms and normal other parameters okay . But we have to look at other parameters like lipid profile, USG (w/a) &/Hepatic Fibroscan, Endoscopy/UGIscopy

Get her USG abdomen to assess liver along with Vital markers - Hbsag and hCv ab Fibroscan. . Fatty liver won’t be causing any symptoms. It’s detected incidentally
