High SGOT and SGPT Levels
Hi, i got my LFT test report today and my SGOT came to be 66 and my SGPT Came 90. Should I be concerned? What should I do to bring these levels down ?

The levels are not very alarming. A better diet and lifestyle changes can help you. Also these can be increased by taking medicine if you are on. So avoiding junk and oily foods maintain physical activity will help in maintaining liver enzymes levels.
