Hey recently i got fever and now its good but from the last 5 days i was feeling hot in my hands and body and done testing where i found that high sgot and sgpt in my bode more tha 50. Now im taking treatment and i aslo got acnes which is white on face , nose and head i have been taking isotretinoin since 3 months what should i do to reduce acne
