High risk pregnancy
I already have a high risk pregnancy with large myoma currently 11 weeks about to end I have gall stones and grade 1 fatty liver as well will that affect the baby during delivery will be life threatening to me and baby ?

Large myoma may give you problem. Gall Stone, fatty liver do not affect delivery.

Gall stone and fatty liver as such have no impact during delivery. But myoma can be problematic. It depends on site, size and number of myomas
