High lymphocyte from last 1 year
I have lymphocytosis from last 1 year and all other parameters are okay.I had uti last year and from then when ever i do cbc the result comes with high lymphocyte.I have no other symptom.I have anxiety disorder from past 4 year but after getting the uti my lymphocyte is always elevated.do I have lymphoma or underlying CLL.
i am really worried.

Reasons for lymphocytosis are numerous.
At your age and looking at history unlikely it's CLL or lymphoma.
Next Steps
Peripheral smear to see morphology of Lymphocytes. If peripheral smear is suspicious of CLL (Very unlikely in ur case) then to do Flowcytometry test on blood to see clonality to rule out CLL.
