High Liver Enzymes in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I am 29 weeks pregnant and my liver enzymes are as following: SGPT-98 , SGOT-46 , ALP-130. I am taking udiliv 300 3 times a day but still my enzymes are raising . What to do? I don't have itching. What other medications needed? In my last growth scan at 28 weeks baby was 1 kg.
