6 months ago I had a High lipase with h pylori infection .
Lipase was 119
Normal range was 0 to 64
On that time I was facing loose and floating ,foamy stool
After that I started treatment for h pylori so from that time
Sometimes I am having loose and floating stool sometimes normal stool
From past one week loose and floating stool

In endoscopy h pylori infection
Citi scan , stool routine , colonoscopy was normal
What could be the reason for loose and floating stool is it because of High lipase or anything serious .please answer 🙏🙏🙏
