2 months ago successfully trated with H pylori infection and gastritis
but my lipase is high- it is 119
Normal range is 0 to 64
No stomach pain
No back pain
stool routine test is normal
CT scan of abdomainal is normal
what could be the reason of high lipase??is it anything serious?
please answer 🙏🙏

This slightly raised Lipase can be non specific also but still would recommend to be aware of the any symptoms and repeat the routine tests and CRP IN ONE WEEK time and keep monitoring the values

Lipase is basically required for digestion of fatty foods. It is generally high in alcoholics. Gastritis or h pylori have minimal side effects on lipase levels. If you do not have any symptoms such as pain you can wait.
