High LDL Recommendation
My LDL in July was 172 mg/dl when my BMI was 34. Post reduction in almost 12 kgs, the LDL now has reduced to 153.(As per Oct Report) Im still under strict diet avoiding all junk, sugar sodium and oil foods and doing IF(Fasting) Eating 2 boiled eggs everyday helped me i think. (just assuming i dont know) Pls confirm if i have to start with statins along with my diet after visiting a cardiologist or continue with my diet only. Thanks Some Parameters: Cholestrol down from 256 to 219 Tryglycerides from 223 to 156 VLDL from 44.66 to 31 KFT LFT normal. (trace protein) HBA1C- 6.1 to 5.3 HDL decreased however. (40) To (34)
