HIGH LDL and TSH after pregnancy
Hello dr, On a regular full body checkup of my wife, found high LDL and TSH, she is not facing any kind of symptomps, my kid is 23 month old now, before pregancy she was fine, her weight is 55kg and 30 year old, Do we need to worry or is in risk? Please suggest, attached report screenshot.

Tsh high= hypothyroidism  associate with Hyperlipidemia Need to CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY FIRST. ADD EXERCISE AS WALK 40 MIN 5 DAYS IN A WEEK. TREATMENT TAB THYROXINE 55 MCG ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH. AS THIS MEDICINE  CAUSE CALCIUM DEPLETION  SO BONES BECOME WEAK  SO U NEED TO ADD CALCIUM SHALCAL XT ONE AT NIGHT AFTER DINNER. TAB ROSUVAST20 ONE AT NIGHT AFTER DINNER FOR 2 MONTHS. NOT TO STOP MEDICINE  FOLLOW UP BY MD PHYSICIAN. GO FOR  THYROID PROFILE  BEFORE GO SUPERSPECIALIST.

Her reports show mild hypothyroidism (TSH 6.82, T3/T4 normal) and high LDL cholesterol (228). Nothing urgent, but both need treatment to prevent long-term issues. She will be fine with regular follow-up.
Next Steps
Start Thyroxine 25 mcg once daily empty stomach. Repeat TSH in 6–8 weeks. Start Atorvastatin 10 mg at night for high LDL. Follow a low-oil diet and 30–40 min daily walk. Repeat lipid profile in 3 months.
Health Tips
Take Thyroxine on an empty stomach and wait 30 mins before eating. Avoid oily/fried/packaged foods. Both conditions are common after pregnancy and respond well to treatment.
