Your symptoms and very high IgE (2404) strongly suggest a chronic allergic tendency, most consistent with Allergic rhinitis, even if specific triggers are not clearly identified on testing. This happens because some individuals have a heightened immune sensitivity (atopic tendency) rather than a single identifiable allergen. The pattern you describe—nasal blockage at night and early morning, improving after waking—is classic and often related to overnight mucosal congestion, posture, and environmental exposure (dust mites, bedding, room ventilation). From an Ayurvedic perspective, this reflects Kapha accumulation with Vata involvement in the nasal passages, often linked with Pratishyaya. The persistently high IgE indicates that your system is in a hyper-reactive state, so the focus should not be only on external triggers but on modulating internal immunity and reducing hypersensitivity. This is a manageable condition, but it requires systematic correction rather than quick fixes.
Next Steps
You should adopt a structured and consistent approach rather than depending on intermittent remedies. Focus on identifying practical triggers in your daily environment—such as bedding hygiene, room dust, fan/AC exposure at night, or sleeping posture—and correct them gradually. Maintain a regular routine for sleep and meals, as irregularity worsens nasal congestion patterns. Since your condition is chronic and IgE is significantly elevated, a personalized Ayurvedic protocol focusing on immune modulation and nasal pathway balance will be more beneficial than symptomatic relief alone. Health Tips
Pay close attention to daily habits, as they play a major role in controlling symptoms. Keep your sleeping environment clean, wash pillow covers frequently, and avoid direct exposure to dust or cold air at night. Prefer warm, light, and easily digestible food, and reduce excessive dairy, cold items, and heavy dinners, especially in the evening. Steam inhalation and maintaining nasal hygiene can support comfort. From an Ayurvedic viewpoint, balancing Kapha (mucus) and stabilizing Vata is key—this can be supported through a disciplined routine, proper digestion (Agni), and avoiding accumulation of Ama (toxins). Consistency in lifestyle is what gradually reduces hypersensitivity and improves your long-term comfort. Thank You

“Persistently high IgE with year-round night nasal blockage suggests allergic rhinitis or non-specific hypersensitivity, even if specific triggers are not identified. Symptoms improving after waking is a common pattern. This needs proper management rather than just tests. Please consult me so I can assess your condition and guide the right treatment.”

High IgG antibodies in your report indicate that there is an underlying imbalance or pathology in the body that needs proper attention — not just suppression. According to Ayurveda, this is not the disease itself, but a signal that something deeper is disturbed. The root cause may include: • Improper eating habits • Mandagni (low digestive fire) • Toxin accumulation (Ama) • Gradual weakening of the immune response Ayurveda focuses on identifying and correcting the root cause, rather than just managing reports. To understand your condition accurately and provide the right treatment, a personalised consultation is essential. Book your consultation to start a treatment plan tailored specifically to your body and condition.
