It is expected that new born will have jaundice in 1st 7 days. You need to look for next few more days. If chest and abdomen looks yellow consult your pediatrician and get his blood checked for bilirubin. It is very common so nothing to worry.

ALL newborn babies have a high haemoglobin level AND all have jaundice, what's significant is the weight of the baby, day of life and level of jaundice, tested by bilirubin levels in blood. If SKIN,not eyes is yellow too, consult your paediatrician for physical examination.
