High Heart Rate
On first day, I got redness in one eye on first day.
On second day, both eyes got red and a little headache started.
On third day, redness in both eyes is gone but headache is still there. Blood pressure is normal but heart beat is high (BP: 120/80 ; Pulse: 117 bpm). Heart beat gets normal after taking paracetamol.
Today is fourth day, headache and heart beat problem is still continuing.
Please suggest on what to do next.

There might be infection in the body which caused redness in the eye.
Better take a short course of antibiotics
Azithromycin 500 mg twice daily for 3 days
