High heart rate and chest pain
I am having higher heart rate since 4-5 days.
It is giving nervous feeling and chest pain. Same were happened 2 years back. I did all tests (ECG, 2D ECHO etc); but we didn't find any abnormality. It is happening again. Please suggest solution/consult me for treatment.

Its important we get a ecg recording of the increased heart rate , to find out if its a abnormal increase. I would suggest you get a 24 hour holter test done to get a look at ecg at time of increase

How much high is it going ? Is it at rest or only after physical activity? Can be anxiety related

If it is going above 140 at rest than it is abnormal
