High hcg in dual marker test

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi I m 30 .. 12 weeks anc had a dual marker test ... papp a way 1.33 mom and B hug free was 4.2 mom my 0.9 mm , I had high hcg .. I day before I had spotting issue and usg showed subamniotic haemorrhage .. on ink and oral progesterone .. could this be a reason for high hcg
