High ggt tg ldl
Hi doctor i am male of 27 years old 6 months gaon i underwent lipid and lft test GGT was high sgpt high, Ldl high doctor asked for hscrp and Lp(a) both was high hscrp was 6 and Lp(a) more than 100, doctor did ecg which came normal and TMT/stress echo which came normal and asked me to take statins for 3 months, i took statins for 2 week then left taking them, now presently i am feeling indigestion and pain in chest centre randomly and while swallowing from chest to throat towards left shoulder blase and arm pit, 4 days ago i did ecg came normal but my BP and Heart rate was high, bp 150/108 and Pulse rate 132, i am paranoid what is this problem as i drink and smoke daily from last 3 gears also my family has strong history of heart problem, can you sugggest is my symptoms related to heart? As my TMT was normal 6 months ago and as i heard it is valid for 3 years.

Since 6 months old TMT is normal you do not need to repeat it. Your abnormal lab reports are because of your alcohol and smoking and so are your symptoms. You need aggressive lifestyle changes and do not stop medication on your own
