High TG, ldl, Ggt diziness
Hi doctor i am male of 27 age, i smoke from last 3 years 10-12 cigarettes a day, Drink daily 5-6 pegs, 6months ago i underwent general whole body checkup found my GGT is 107, SGPT 65, LDL high TG was also high, I saw cardiac surgeon he suggested Hscrp test which was 6, Lp(a) which was 160, Then he did ECG which came normal and Stress ECHO on treadmil which was normal this happened 6 months back, Now from Past 2-3 days i am feeling a pressure in chest centre and pain in back shoulder blade Pain raidate from chest to stomach and right to left, CHest is having burning constant, I am very anxious and panic, Is this heart issue? As i feel sudden balance problem and light headedness along with shortness of breath, Please suggest Do i need to repeat ECG? As my father and grand father too had CABG Done.

Definitely need a ECG, ECHO . Get assessment done with your physician- as symptoms related to addictions can mislead to diagnosis. Strict alcohol discontinuation and smoking should be stopped. Need lifestyle changes. Get complete health check- including USG.
