This suggests high free testosterone with secondary polycythemia (Hb 18.2). Elevated testosterone (endogenous or supplements) can stimulate RBC production, increasing hemoglobin and blood viscosity.
Next Steps
-Stop any testosterone/steroid supplements if taking
-If Hb persistently >18: you have to undergo phlebotomy (doctor supervised)
Health Tips
-Avoid gym supplements/anabolic steroids
-Stay well hydrated
-Watch for symptoms: headache, dizziness, redness
-Regular monitoring every 3 months
-Consult endocrinologist if levels remain high

Haemoglobin above 16.5 -17 is quite high ...if you are on any TRT please stop ...repeat hb after 1 month if still above 17 it may be a case of polycythemia...consult a haematologist
