High fever, vomits, upset stomach, flu
I have been having a fever since 3 days and though it has lowered, it is accompanied by an upset stomach, cold and cough, and vomittings.

Hi thanks for writing to Practo. Do take paracetamol for fever every 8 hours according to child's weight . And also take ORS to maintain hydration . If symptoms lasts for more than 1 day , visit pediatrician.
