High fever upto 104.9
My son has a recurring high fever every 4 hrs. His weight is 29 kg and 6 years old.
Given paracetamol already 2 times with 5 hr interval later at 10:30pm given maftal p 5ml the he committed and fever was too high as 104.9.
So given paracetamol 6 ml at 11:30pm after an hr.
Now again he started fever after 4 hr at 2:45 am
What to give now. Please suggest it's urgent help.

You can repeat paracetamol after 4 hours also.
sponging will help to reduce fever .
