Hi,
The treatment being given is as per the defined clinical protocols..
We just need to monitor platelet count regularly and if required, plan for platelet transfusion..
Health Tips
Watch for any signs of bleeding from gums, rash over body, blood in urine or any other bleeding problems..
The history and investigation are suggestive of dengue, for which the treatment is supportive and doesn't require antibiotics. Papaya leaf juice and papaya leaf extract is effective in dengue for increasing the platelet count. She should be well hydrated and since she's in a hospital she should be all good.
