High fever

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My son's age is 2.9.. he's having fever and cold since yesterday..I gave P 250 syrup for 3 times every 6 hours..after giving syrup fever getting down..then it increases..nw he have 101.0 Can u pls suggest...

Continue giving paracetamol for fever,repeat 4 hourly if required. Give steam inhalations for cold and cough. It's probably viral and will settle down in 3-7 days.
